  1. It's 1-1 1/2 pounds of chicken feet.
  2. It's of Marinade.
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp of kosher salt.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
  5. You need 1 Tbl of soy sauce.
  6. Prepare 1 Tbl of fish sauce.
  7. Prepare 1 Tbl of vinegar (I used rice).
  8. Prepare 1 Tbl of sugar.
  9. Prepare 1/4 tsp of liquid smoke (optional).
  10. You need of Sauce.
  11. It's 3 of Tbl. Soy sauce.
  12. It's 1 Tbl of hoison sauce.
  13. You need 2 Tbl of Gochujang (or hot sauce, to taste).
  14. You need 1 of Tbl. Sesame oil.
  15. It's 3 cloves of garlic.
  16. It's 1 (2 inch) of fresh ginger.
  17. You need 1 Tbl of sugar.
  18. You need 1/4 cup of chicken broth.
  19. It's of Saute.
  20. It's 3 Tbl of oil.
  21. Prepare 1 3/4 cups of chicken broth.

This Instant Pot Korean Chicken recipe has a gochujang-spiced marinade that can also be used to make Korean chicken wings. Transfer chicken and sauce to the Instant Pot inner pot.   1. What I found at my local grocery.
  2. If required clean your chicken feet, and optionally clip the toe nails, place in a bowl.
  3. Add marinade ingredients to bowl, mix well. Let sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours, stir occasionally..
  4. Add oil to IP liner, put IP on saute.
  5. Put chicken feet in liner right away, to cold oil so they don't pop and burn you, save remaining marinade.
  6. Add left over marinade to smaller bowl. Add rest of sauce ingredients, Stir..
  7. Stir chicken feet often until a little browned. Add chicken broth and deglaze liner.
  8. Add sauce, stir it up.
  9. Set IP to pressure cook for 20 minutes.
  10. Allow to natural pressure release 10 minutes, quick release the remaining pressure.
  11. Now you can cook the sauce until thick, on saute stirring frequently, or remove and eat immediately, like I do.
  12. Garnish with green onions and/or sesame seeds..
