Stuffed peppers and tomato. This is definitley one of the better stuffed pepper recipes I've used. I went by the recipe this time but next time may add some of the yummy tomato sauce blend inside my mix. I will use this recipe again for sure.

  5. Add the rice in to the pot with the ground beef and keep cooking at low heat till rice is aldente.
  6. Now stuff the peppers and tomatoes with the beef mixture add some salt and oil on top of them and add the remaining water in to the baking pot cover and cook in oven for about 2 hrs.
