Beef Rice Burger In a small bowl whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes and pepper. Pour over the ground beef and let simmer for another minute or two. Ingredients of Beef Rice Burger

  1. You need 100 gm of Rice.
  2. You need 1 of Ground Beef Patty.
  3. You need slices of Onion.
  4. Prepare slices of Red Bell pepper.
  5. Prepare 1 of egg.
  6. Prepare 50 gm of Mushroom.
  7. It's of Soy sauce.
  8. It's of Teriyaki Sauce.
  9. Prepare 1 clove of garlic.

The extra lean meat will not make your casserole greasy. That said, if you prefer to use ground meat with a higher fat content, that's fine — just cook the meat in a skillet and drain off the fat before stirring the beef into. In a skillet coated with spray oil, brown ground beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic until meat is browned. Bring to a boil, reduce heat.

  1. Boil rice and overcook it a little so that's it becomes a little sticky..
  2. To the boiled rice, add salt, cornflour, a dash of water, italian herb and mix it well. Now make round bun shapes with the rice..
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the rice buns. While frying sprinkle soy sauce from the top. Keep the buns aside.
  4. Add garlic pieces in hot oil, add mushroom and saute for a minute. Add a little salt, teriyaki and soy sauce. To thicken the sauce add a little cornflour. Your mushroom sauce is ready!!.
  5. Fry beef patty, onion and red bell pepper separately..
  6. On a plate place one rice bun. Smear it with some mayonnaise. :-) Place the beef patty..
  7. On the beef patty add the fried vegetables and add the mushroom sauce..
  8. Poach an egg. And place it on the top. Sprinkle salt and pepper!!.
  9. Place the 2nd rice bun on the egg. Voila! Your rice burger is ready to eat!! :-).

Pour the remaining tomato mixture over the stuffed peppers. Ground beef is a great choice for a busy weeknight dinner. Pair it with some rice and you have an easy meal. I added some brown sugar to the tomato and beef mixture and not as much chili as called for. Kids liked it, will def make again, quick and easy!
