- It's 500 ml of Milk.
- Prepare 1/3 cup of Gobindobhog rice.
- You need 1 tsp of Sugar.
- It's of Jaggery 1/4cup (as per own taste).
- It's Pinch of salt.
- It's of Cashew&Raisin.
- You need of Bay leave&cardamom.
- You need of Ghee.

- At first rinse the rice properly..then mixed ghee with it & keep for 10 minutes..boil the milk, add rice and let it cook for 7-8 minutes..
- Add 1 bay leave and 2 cardamoms when the rice is half cooked and mixed it well..then add jaggery, sugar and pinch of salt..
- Now add cashews and raisins..cook for 3-4 minutes..let it be cooled for serving...
