- Prepare 2 cups of left over rice.
- You need 1/2 cup of rawa/suji.
- It's 3 tbsp of Carrots finely chopped.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Capsicum finely cut.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of Onions finely chopped.
- You need 1/2 cup of paneer or chena.
- Prepare of Green chilli as needed.
- It's 2 tbsp of Fresh chopped coriander.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of Red chilli flakes.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chat masala.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 3 tbsp of Corn flower.
- You need 2 tbsp of Curd.
- You need of Oil for shallow frying.
Left over rice Namkeen Bars step by step
- First grind the left over rice coarsely...and keep it aside....
- Now add the veggies,chillies,paneer,chilli flake,zeera,salt,chat masala,garam masala,.....then add suji and lastly curd......
- Give a good and even mix and keep it aside.
- Now flatten this mix on a tray.and keep it to set fr 1/2an hour...as suji is there vll soak the water and vll become tight.....
- Once the batter is set cut it giving it shape of bars...or any shape of ur choice....
- Now take these bars slowly and shallow fry them on mefium low flame...till crispy golden brown....
- Once golden brown serve hot with any dip of ur choice.
