- It's 1/2 cup of daliya or rice.

- Take a pressure cooker, add washed moongdal and rice or daliya it's ur choice. Add 1/2 spoon of garlic ginger paste, pinch of haldi, pinch of mirchi powder, namak, jeera and water..
- Now mix all these with a spoon check the taste of salt....if not please add accordingly..
- Now close the cooker lid. Now start ur induction or gas and place cooker on high flame..
- Make 2 whistels on high and 2 on low flame. Now off the flame. Let the pressure completely run away by it's own...and now take it kichidi into serving bowl and add 1 spoon of ghee....
- It's so yummy, healthy, oil free, spices free. Healthy and colourfull...give it a try....
