  2. Prepare 6 of parle gluco biscuit.
  3. You need 1/4-Cup of roasted Almond flakes.
  4. Prepare 4-tbsp of milk.
  5. Prepare 2-tbsp of condensed milk.
  6. It's 1/2-Cup of homemade malai / cream.

  1. Add 2-tbsp milk in rice and grind into smooth paste now add soaked gluco biscuit in 2-tbsp milk,malai & condensed milk grind again in smooth puree.Transfer in bowl add roasted Almond flakes mix well.
  2. Pour kulfi mixture in kulfi mould and freeze for 5-6 hrs..
  3. Yummy mouth watering kulfi is ready to serve. Unmould and Serve in plate sprinkle Almond flakes..
