Fried Rice. A quick fried rice like you get at your favorite Chinese restaurant. A couple of eggs, baby carrots, peas and soy sauce is all you need. Fried rice is a quick and delicious way to transform leftovers into something delicious!
It is very popular in Thailand and easy to make.
All ingredients should be prepped in advance cause once you start frying the rice, it goes fast.

Ingredients of Fried Rice
- Prepare 3 cups of cook rice.
- It's 1 cup of peas and carrots.
- You need 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of Teriyaki marinade & sauce.
- It's 1 tsp of garlic powder.
- You need 1 cup of cooked diced chicken (I used my lemon chicken).
- You need to taste of salt & pepper.
- It's 3 of eggs lightly beaten.
- It's 1/4 stick of butter.
Remove egg, and transfer to a separate plate. Remove from skillet and set aside. Fried Rice is a combination of long grained rice, mixture of warm peas, carrots and onions with scrambled eggs mixed all together! You will not be getting take out any longer!
Fried Rice step by step
- Cook your favorite rice. (2 cups of uncooked made 3 cups of cooked). Set aside..
- In a large skillet melt butter on medium high, then pour in eggs. Scramble then and when they are done, add cooked rice, peas & carrots, chicken, soy sauce & Teriyaki marinade & sauce. Stir and lower heat to medium and stir till all ingredients are mix well together. Enjoy!.
